I have worked in and around quality for nearly 30 years. Recently taking on a new role back in Quality, at 63 years young. I have worked in some very varied roles over my extensive career but have always been passionate about quality. I love to inspire others. I have worked Wine, engineering, packaging more than once and am now doing it again. Have done roles not quality related work for the tax department and call centres. So a very rounded career, with a lot of learning along the way. It is true quality is not a destination but a journey which can be at times frustrating. The key for me is lateral thinking, if you cannot hit the problem head on, come at it from a different angle. Be solutions based, do not see problems see solutions
