Welcome to the forum :welcome:
What is the product/process you're looking at?

You will find a number of example studies on the forum using the search box, but without knowing more about the process it is difficult to provide any specific assistance.

If you haven't done any HACCP training then I'd strongly recommend looking at courses for that too, as even with a template it is difficult to do properly unless you have a reasonable understanding of the concept.

One piece of advice. First find a free ISO 22000 action plan and then implement it. This will guide you through the process.
