Good day!

 

I am newbie in food fraud assessment. I'd like to know what are 

the possible roles of Finance and Accounting and Document controllers in FOOD FRAUD

Assessment .

 

What assessment can these two department  contribute in FOOD Fraud?

Finance and Accounting can give crucial information on issues such as price fluctuations, supplier evaluations and other financial data which constitute a crucial part of any food fraud vulnerability assessment.

 

If you use for example the pwc fffva tool :

 

https://ffv.pwc.com/vsat/#/

 

you will realize that without the assistance of the Finance Department of your Company the FFVA cannot be performed effectively.

Small ones -  no chance.
