Hi all

do you know where I can get the microbiological max limit (like TPC, Salmonella etc) for fat spreads and blended spreads category in Taiwan?

 

I search in https://www.fda.gov....id=16&k=fat&p=2 unfortunately can't find it

Hi, Adistiyaika;

 

Is the nature of your fat dairy, vegetable, mixed? There are no regulatory limits on indicators in the US. Pathogens normally are "shall be absent" with a few exceptions, and of course depending on product form.
