Does anyone have a quick form for work place allergen assessment? If not how do you do it?

Check the ingredients in your vending machine, sometimes they hide soy etc in candy bars.  Check your lubricants and other chemicals, sometimes they hide walnut shells in hand soap.  Check that office staff isn't using productions bathrooms, they tend to not wash up as well as production staff after lunch.  If you supply lunch, be mindful of what you are cooking and avoid allergens if possible (use vegetable oil, not soy or peanut oil etc.).  Only allow water to be drank near production areas, not personal water bottles etc.

For employees: not to bring in any allergen-containing food. Might be useful to do lunchroom fridge inspection. Post prohibition signs, do training (e.g. written tests containing allergen-related questions)
