Help on developing a Quality Audit Programme

I am currently working in a large cheese factory in Wales. I am reviewing their quality assurance department.

I am trying to put in place a quality audit programme, with audit frequencies.

I would appreciate any help.

It would be helpful if you could tell us about your management system and to what standards you work e.g. BRC, ISO 9001 etc.?
