I am excited to join the IFSQN! I am the FS/Q Manager for a low volume specialty poultry processor in North Carolina, working on preparing for a BRC audit in spring 2021. I joined the company last October after they had an unsuccessful attempt at a BRC certification last spring.
I am familiar with BRC, having led my former company to gain certification; however, I am facing some different challenges this time around and could really use some help!
There are two situations that I am stuck on; I will post them separately in order to focus the discussions.
I am looking forward to learning from all of you, and hopefully having something of value to contribute as well!
