Hi everyone,

I am looking for a method of detection of (tiny amounts of) polysaccharide in (liquid) dairy products, any ideas?

The lab we work with suggested to apply lipase and protease before analyzing the remaining with infrared chromatography, which sounds not so precise to me?

The aim is to detect the presence of thickeners.

Thank you and best regards,

Pauline
