Dawn Remmel : Blockchain requires initial resource and start-up costs to get all necessary data mapped to flow into a blockchain, right?  ...and wouldn't it also require ongoing data (mapping) management, right?  Is manpower resource and cost an obstacle?  How do customers wanting to use blockchain convince suppliers to commit resources/costs for this endeavor?
