Hello Everyone,

Does anyone have a good GMP internal audit template that has target dates and completion / closeout activities

Thanks,.

That's more than just an 'GMP internal audit template,' that sounds like a whole internal audit policy/procedure.

Were you looking for something on a monthly inspection level, or something with a complete FSP audit timeline?

I need a form for my maintenance department to sign after my monthly GMP inspection that has a target date and somewhere for my to sign off that it has been completed.

Give this topic a look:

https://www.ifsqn.co...nspection-form/

It has links to some other topics which have some examples/suggestions.

Your question comes up a lot, try the search function up top as well and you might find some more examples.

Honestly though, you are going to probably be better off just creating it yourself. If  you aren't in the habit of creating things like this yourself, now's a great time to start. I find I use the skill quite a bit.
