Hello, greetings. As refer to the above topic title, currently I'm developing the method in the lab. However, I'm at zero knowledge on it.

Can anybody please advice me. I'm referring to AOAC 984.29. I'm at the beginning of setting up the IQC standard for the method but.. seems kinda lost. I've tried to stain it using safarin colour. Please help. Thank you.

Hello Scampi,

Thanks for the reply.

However I still don't have the idea to do the IQC if the method is successfully done.

Any idea?

Anyone ?

Hi Charles,

IQC = Internal Quality Control

to verify the execution of the analysis.

normal practice here we use spiked control material.

in this HMC method we use Aspergillus Niger as positive control.
