I have a question whether the presence of noravirus or mycotoxins can be treated as food fraud. if so, at what angle

 

From GFSI's POV it relates to intent, eg 

 

A  collective  term  encompassing  the  deliberate  and  intentional  substitution,
addition, tampering or misrepresentation of food, food ingredients or food packaging, labelling,
product information or false or misleading statements made about a product for economic gain
that could impact consumer health.” (GFSI Benchmarking Requirements, 2017)

Interesting if deliberate contamination was added, and if so, it would be food defense, specially Norovirus ....
