Hi Songul,

It might be helpful if you could be a little bit more specific with what you are looking for.

- Who is the audience for the presentation?
- Does the HACCP presentation aim to provide an overview of what a HACCP is all about?
- Or is it for training operators on their responsibilities?
- What sort of examples / images are you looking for?

Any additional information you can provide will help us to help you better.

Regards,
Simon

Hi Simon,

Q: Who is the audience for the presentation?
A: The audience is the HACCP team of the factory.

-Q: Does the HACCP presentation aim to provide an overview of what a HACCP is all about or is it for training operators on their responsibilities?
A: The presentation aim is both. Cause we would like to make them understand HACCP concept and after that let them see how they are going to work on HACCP Principles' first steps such as food safety policy, process diagram and definition of the product..etc.

Q: What sort of examples / images are you looking for?
A: I need some pictures of packaging factory to put in the presentation.

Regards,

Songul

Might be a good idea if you could let us have a look at your current presentation set-up.

We could then be able to help you.

Since, you have not responded, we have no idea how to help you but maybe this will help.

Making an assessment of the general education level of the people you are introducing Haccp to in determining the degree of details you need to expose might be a good idea. Keeping things as simple and comprehensable as possible often works.

Presentation from a pictorial angle is an interesting break away from the norm.......have you considered how to introduce microbial issues? Frankly, the core of YOUR presentation is just an introduction....period.

I am not sure if at all is a good idea to introduce haccp to ground level staff before a food hygiene training or should it be the other way round. Any comments as to which should take priority.

I prefer a food hygiene training approach before introducing the reasons for the training....... haccp for international trade under WTO of course.

You could try a google image search. Try search terms like:

"food packaging"
"packaging"
"food safety"

http://images.google.com

Remember some of the images may be copyrighted so you might have to ask for permission to use them first.
