what does the SQF mean when they say an annual review of the Food Safety culture performance. to me it is saying. 

 

1. Communication between senior management and staff

 

2. Training-What did they learn and remember

 

3. Getting feed back from employees

 

4. Performance measurements on employee food safety activiites.

 

Can see please let me know if I am on the right track.
