Question,

we are running the Dionex UHPLC+ for ASTA Method 21.3. For our sample method on the chromeleon software it is asking me for the sample weight and dilution factor.

Any experience with this?

Thank you!

Greetings,

In my experience the sample weight should be preset by the method you select (input during the creation of the method in the program). You should only need it if you change method parameters and not be bothered to fill it every time.

The dilution is more of an ongoing parameter needed by the program for the calculation of your result (in case you used a dilution eg for a highly concetrated sample so that it falls within the limits of your measuring curve).

Regards!
