It will be coming into force on January 1st 2006

EU Reg. 852/04

Food manufacturers will have a second chance to improve their business.

Hope we will come to the point :angry:

I believe this emphasis on HACCP coming on stream in early 2006 is to support the much expected adoption of ISO 22000 in 2005.
