To me the topic title is a contradictory statement "Healthy Food: Ketchup" - I always thought ketchup was full of sugar, colourings, preservatives etc. Not a 'must have' as part of a balanced and healthy diet. Unless it's a sales pitch. :dunno:

Tomatossh maybe you could explain how ketchup is healthy or are you just trying to offload a few tonnes of the stuff? :thumbup:
