Webinar Overview:
Waiter, is that a fly in my soup? No one wants flies in their food so putting preventative plans in place can protect the foods you are producing. This webinar will cover the basics on flies, where they are found, and the tools available to manage them. It will discuss monitoring and how to use that data to make decisions on control methods. In addition, we will discuss preventative measures to prevent flies from infesting food processing and storage sites.

Montse Perez : just to clarify on the potential risk for FB contamination, I think this is mainly coming from electric fly killers, if placed on top / next to production line, the death electrocuted fly can end up in your production line
