Charles Zottorvi : Hi
Laiza Murguia : .
PABLO DEL RIO : Hello from Miami
Stijn Hommes : I had several suppliers claim that since they had ferrous and stainless steel detection, a test piece for non-ferrous metals was not required. How did they draw that conclusion and what is your view on this?
Alter Valerio : Good day  from Manila
Stijn Hommes : How do you ensure your X-ray is well-tested? You can't check for all foreign materials. Which checks are mandatory in your view?
Santhosh M : Hi from india
RICHARD KABUNGO : Hello it's Joseph from zambia
Steve Brown : Hi all from Dover, UK
Mariana Shivacheva : Hello everyone from San Francisco, CA
DHANYA K : Hi

Luis Bravo : lebravoa@hotmail.com
Rojda Canbazoglu : There is a problem to hear them, is it same with you?
Alyssa J : Good morning from snowy New Mexico

Enrique Ruvalcaba : Hello everyone  from Alsip, Illinois
Hasan Delikaya DELIKAYA : Hello Everybody from Chicago, IL
AbdulRahman Abbas : Good evening from Dubai
Karine Primeau : If I have higher accuracy with the X-Ray on ferrous metals than with a metal detector, but with the X-Ray I can't detect aluminium, should I keep the 2 equipment on my production line?
Ryan Mills : How long does it typically take to "learn" an X-Ray machine to your product(s)?
OH HO : X-ray machine... Where is the least sensitivity area that has to be concern to place the test piece through the aparture?
jeanne uwimana : Hello from Rwanda
Walter Nkala : Hello from Johannesburg, South Africa
Luis Bravo : sin problemas de video u audio
Luis Bravo : no
Alyssa J : For non-uniform, overlapping product like salsa with various chunk sizes, we  would  use a dual energy x-ray system? With unique products, do each have to be "calibrated?" by the x-ray manufacturer? ?
ROCHELLE WILLIAMS : Hi from (overcast) Jamaica ;)
Santhosh M : stainless is non magnetic, then how we can control contaminant through metal detectors
Dheivendran Letchuman : How about aluminium metal please
Santhosh M : In X ray detector the contaminant density is less than product density how we can control the contaminant in X ray detector
Stijn Hommes : Thanks. Very helpful answers!
RICHARD KABUNGO : how do you ensure that x-ray is well tested?
ADANNA ILOEGBUNAM ILOEGBUNAM : What is the best equipment to use for metal detection, with primary packaging of aluminium laminate , with powdered premix as the product.
Marina Rusli Rusli : How do you test contamination from pieces of small wood from broken pallet by using Xray due to the low density of small debris from the broken pallet?
Juston Cornet : Is there any evidence of X-ray detection effecting the quality of the product?
Walter Nkala : I have x-ray as a CCP, I am struggling to identify critical control parameters, any advice?
Santhosh M : For example pet food churpi is having 5cm height  which is contaminated with metal will metal detectors detect that
Hasan Delikaya DELIKAYA : Position of products are crucial for 3 metal contaminants...what is the good position of product to feed thru. MD  for 3 metal contaminants ??
Emmanuel Umukunzi : What could be the cause when all probes (Fe, Non Fe and SS) used during calibration failed during verification of metal detectors?
ibrahim salaey : What kind of system do you think would be best for a manufacturing facility that produces products that are not uniform (i.e. bags of kibble manufactured that vary by size, weights and density)
Karine Primeau : Do you know why in Europe companies are going back and removing X-Rays to get back metal detectors?
Andrei Cerghet : would a company need to hire an employee with certian qualifications/background or just a training is adequate?
Alter Valerio : when should a metal detector be calibrated
Gomez Medina GOMEZ MEDINA : Hi from Mexico
Pratik Goregaonkar Goregaonkar : From Canada
Michael Moyo Moyo : Greetings from Bulawayo, Zimbabwe
Michael Moyo Moyo : Is there a difference in effectiveness between X-Ray Machine and Gamma Ray machine detection?
RICHARD KABUNGO : HELLO ITS RICHARD FROM ZAMBIA
Mohammed ARAB : after the first validation IQ OQ PQ, what is mandatory time to revalidate the system?
Mohammed ARAB : is it mandatory to constitute a set pf default to challenge the systeme periodicaly
Eric Rudge : We have baked goods. sometimes we can have more than just metal in the product. Can we still use metal detectors?
Eric Rudge : We have baked goods. sometimes we can have more than just metal in the product. Can we still use metal detectors?
Kerwin Feliz : HOW OFTEN A METAL DETECTOR SHOULD BE CALIBRATED?
Paola Barbosa : x-ray is useful for quality applicantions? Example: can we use x-ray for evaluating the amount of a fruit filling in muffins?
irrum Babu : Hello, Irrum Babu frm pakistan
Sujit Das DAS : Is there any chances of radio active contamination to the product passing through X-Ray system
Angeline Thangamani : Angeline from India
Angeline Thangamani : Does the person working near x ray detector gets affected with the ray
Ryan Mills : Just an FYI to all...Costco just put in a requirement for X-Ray from all supplier.s.
Ryan Mills : Costco standards. https://www.dropbox....8RhJL-jHUa?dl=0
Abd El-Rahman El-Garhy : Limit of metal detector and its reference
Devi Yuryana Hastuti Yuryana Hastuti : How about magnet trap on the chute of packing or bagging before metal detector? Is it effective to reduce the number of metal contamination?
Alter Valerio : how does the x ray machine affect the operator's health if he is exposed to the machine every day
Marino Dait : Hello from Pilipinas
Angeline Thangamani : Does  a person working near x ray detector gets affected with the rays
Alyssa J : COSTCO new requirements also include the unannounced audit every year
Mohammed ARAB : is it mandatory to constitute a set of deffect in order to challenge the system time to time
Alyssa J : Great as usual.  thank you and thanks for allowing more time for questions.
