Hi All

 

I have a Masters degree in Food Science, but found my passion in food safety education.  I am a free-lancer developing training material, mostly around food safety. My clients are predominately food safety consultants and trainers who in turn provide training to the public. I also empower food safety managers to train their own staff with custom-made material.

 

I love creating training material that is creative, edgy and leaves a lasting impression.
