I would like to introduce myself to members of IFSQN.
I am a Ghanaian who has been in the Food Processing industry for the past 19 yrs. I have been a Food Safety & Quality Officer with experience in fish canning, Fruits canning, dry powdered food (especially of African origin) and edible oil.
i believe this platform will add more knowledge to what I have and I am equally prepared to share with others what I have.
