Hi everyone!

I am doing environmental swabs to be sent to lab for microbiology testing. Does anyone know what's maximum limit bacteria especially for Enterobacteriaceae and Coliform for environment swabs in Australia regulation?

All answers will be really appreciated, thank you! :)

Hi Niceday,

:welcome:

Welcome to the IFSQN forums.

You might find the Micro. Guidelines for Food Contact Surfaces forum useful.

Charles C, posted a Compilation of International Micro. Guidelines for food contact surfaces, 2000 onwards, there is a reference to Australian standards in there.

Kind regards,

Tony
