Hi TruptiG,

 

I'd suggest reaching out to your organic certifier to see if they have any ready-made guides or forms on making your organic fraud prevention plan. My company is certified through OTCO, linked here is their resource page. Your certifier may have similar information. Of course, the standards across all certifiers in the US should be the same (based on the NOP), but your certifier may have their own forms.
