Hello All,

 

Can anyone share their inputs on the mycotoxin and heavy metal parameters acceptable as per European Commission for Frozen/ IQF fruits and vegetables? 

 

This is what I got-

 

 

Contaminants

LIMITS

Perchlorate (mg/kg)

0.05

Lead

0.10

Cadmium

0.050

Mycotoxins (B1) (µg/kg)

2

B1+B2, G1+ G2 (µg/kg)

4
