Food Safety for Food Professionals

Took Place:
Friday, April 12, 2024

Presenter:
Andrew Thomson, Owner, Think ST Solutions

Webinar Overview:
The food industry wants to maintain high food safety standards, but frequently does not have the training or experience necessary to achieve optimal safety outcomes. While regulations are changing to encourage better education for food professionals, current educational offerings do not always correspond to the learning style or needs of the industry. Designing relevant training opportunities, and courses with approachable content, is essential for food industry professionals to have a framework in place to ensure successful outcomes on-the-job.
