I have been in food; fluid milk, ice cream, baking, RTE, canning, seafood confectionery as a director or FS manager. I have been an auditor and consultant to water and soda plant and farms. I started after 28 years in military. I need lead auditor certificate and SQF CERTIFICATION. I have over 25 years in food production and foodsafety and qualty.My MBA is in business Ops and quality strategic planning.
