I’ll be there and would love to meet people working on new ways to improve food safety and quality. Always interesting to see what technologies are coming next — and to share ideas with others in the field.

Edit:   It's in Dubai.   I doubt my boss is footing the bill for that, but if he will, I'm pushing for a rental Ferrari...
