Hello all

Days ago I was told 2 curious things while giving a food hyiene course.

In Brasil, South America, it is compulsary , by law, the use of gloves in the food industry. Is it true?

In Germany it is compulsary, by law, the use of disinfectant liquid for the hand washing, the use of soap only is against the law?? it is true?

Anyone from Brasil or Germany willing to answer?

Sincerely
Esther
