Internal audits as an employee awareness tool

Taking place:

Friday, 15 April 2016 - 03:00 PM - 04:00 PM UK Time
This is a 10.00 AM Eastern US Start

Presenter:

Vladimir Surčinski, Project Manager, Quality Austria Center

Webinar Overview:

Internal audit is a requirement of any implemented standardized system, especially when we talk about food safety systems. A good internal audit program is the foundation of a strong and long lasting system. For an audit program you will need to have auditors, and who will be the best then the people who are already familiar with the process in the company. This webinar will show management representatives how to implement a strong auditing program, how to train your employees into auditors and how to use internal audit as a simple but useful tool for upgrading of employee awareness.
