Hello everyone.

Does anyone know what the maximum level of thermoduric bacteria in pasteurised milk should be? I have 1000cfu/ml in my mind, but not sure that it is right?

Thankyou!

Pops

Hi Pops

< 1,000/ml is about right

Investigate if higher
