I would like to obtain some informations about sensorial test. I found your university online and hopefully i can get information from you. I will organize some food product tasting using the sensorial method. I will do the test using 100 panels.
My questions concern the panels.How many panels is usually needed to validate a test ?Is there a percentage man/woman, range of age, profession, etc.. a kind of representative of population needed ?If answer is yes, where can i find this information ?Is there any food organization which is fixing these regulations, if not, who does ?
I do hope to get these informations.
