With the US FSMS regulation coming into force and the requirement for a qualified person - PCQI - we hear different information on what training is needed to be seen as a qualified person. With a food science degree, 20years of experience in food manufacturing including HACCP team leader and completed various BRC 7 and FSSC courses  - will this be accepted in order to be seen as qualified person - and/or will the latest GFSI development take this into account?
