Hi,

 

Food safety is an important issue. Most consumers give primary priority to this factor. Listeria, Salmonella and E. coli are fairly obvious dangers.

Hi Richard,

 

Apologies for disagreement but Listeria, E.coli, per se, are not Pathogens.

 

Similar criticism to 1st item in yr Link. It's simply microbiological nonsense.

 

Amazing thing is that none of the article's commenters seemed to notice.
