With all the new FSMA rules, I am having some difficulty and would like some help if possible. When you are creating your ingredient list for your Food Safety Plan and also for your supplier program, who is the supplier listed. Should Iist the actual supplier of the product or the broker that is used to obtain the product? Example: Brand name, ABC Milk Company. The item is actually ordered through an office in the United States, B&B Co. The milk actually is imported to B&B and then shipped, within US, to us. Who is listed as the supplier for the food plan? Who is listed as the supplier for the FSVP Program?

Thank you again!!

From what you describe, you appear to be the "importer" for the purposes of foreign supplier verification program.  As I understand it, the broker can do all the "leg work" for you, but ultimately you're the one responsible for verifying the foreign supplier.
