Hi, I am working on a procedure that states that all packaging and label must be inspected upon receipt and compared against specifications and master artwork.
Can someone help me with a form for this.

Hello,
We perform similar inspections on our incoming film from suppliers. We bounce of inspection of of the sheets produced and delivered by the supplier. All of our suppliers supply us with the required and requested test documents for color and specs. i am attaching one of our examples.....

We use a simple system with an approved label template at the packaging store. The template has the approved pdf artwork and an actual label / sleeve attached to enable QC to check all the details. Everything is on hold until checked and released by a QC.
We have had too many times where a oversticker needed to be used because of small errors in nutritional tables etc.
