We are looking for some basic training videos to show incoming sanitation workers the importance of their job. Are their any training videos you use/have found that help convey this? Anything that would put some passion into them and show how significant their role in the company is.

Aside from videos, what other resources have you used to help convey this message and ultimately impact your company culture?

Thanks and looking forward to hearing any answers!

At one of my previous jobs, we would track the amount of downtime in the mornings due to the line(s) not being released from pre-op for cleaning non-conformities.  We then calculated how much product we 'lost' due to this down time, which then affected the bonus plan.

When we started tracking, our downtime was significant almost everyday.  When we started getting the numbers in front of the leads and the sanitation team, there was much more effort to get the job done right the first time and on time.
