I am wondering if anybody has had any luck with a company or qualified individual who would conduct a HACCP Training Course at my facility which is located in NH?

Are there any good Consultants, or course instructors in my area which could be recommended?

Thank you in advance for any leads!

There are many good consultants, of the ones in our network however none offer on-site training

I'd look into checking with your local chapter of New Hampshire Food Protectors Association - they can turn you onto a local.

I would be happy to help.  I'm a Lead Instructor for the approved IHA HACCP course (with certificate) and do in-house as well as offer the course at our training facility in Buffalo.  www.myfsma.com  you can reach me directly at ###email address removed###.  We also offer the FSPCA courses as well as other food safety trainings.

Debbie

I have used HACCP Consulting Group many times in the past for in house trainings.  Cathy Crawford is a great trainer, easy to understand and engaging.

There is a group out your way called "My Food Service License" (www.myfoodservicelicense.com) they will come onsite and give the testing for you but it won't be cheap.  They require 20 people in attendance and it will run you about $8500 USD.  They also run a Certified Food Protection Management course, which is a little less intense and is for any size company not just HACCP.  That will run you about $5500 USD and will also require 20 people for them to consider coming out to see you.  Hope this helps!

Cheers.

If you wanted a HACCP primer for the HACCP team IFSQN offer a 4-hour webinar training course that is available both live and on-demand.
