Does anyone have any recommendations on consumer complaint reporting software?  I'm currently using tableau to calculate CMUs, but am looking for something a bit more user friendly.  Can anyone recommend a software program that you like? Thanks!!

I tried and failed a couple years back to setup something with MS Lists and PowerAutomate (both free tools with our corporate Microsoft account).  We're revisiting it with a new employee we hired and looks like she's onto something neat:  complaint information is entered via a Form, gets added to the List, and PA allows us to send some automatic notifications to responsible parties within the company.  All better than manually sending emails after people fight for access to a lone Excel file on our company server.

In the past I have used google forms. Create a google for with all of the required information that you need to meet you SOP. Then send these forms to whomever you want. They can complete the information and even upload photos. All of this information then gets converted to a google sheet. You could work from there or down load an work from Microsoft excel.
