This could be a long shot, but might be someone out here who can help me.
I currently work in the risk assessment field of food products and food ingredients, and prior to that I was in the R&D for a few years with a food technology background.
That being said, I recently have been granted an opportunity for taking short courses training related to food science and safety, covered 100% from my workplace. Therefore, I am looking for such training courses; in any topics within the realm of food safety.
Preferably, short courses/ trainings that are face-to-face and in-class rather than online ones, as the location is not an issue.
I would really appreciate any suggestions.
