Hi all,

Anyone please help me where i can find regulations in some countries such as EU, japan, korea, USA, etc about maximum residue limit of ethylene oxide in processed food?

EU regulations for pesticides are generally set on raw agricultural commodities rather than processed foods, so for example for a noodle made with wheat flour, you'd need to ensure that your flour was made from wheat that meets the relevant maximum residue limits.
