Hi All,

I'm QA in a California dairy, recently on one of our state inspections, we were told we need to start implementing some kind of system to label our jumper lines regarding when they were last washed. We use jumpers (flexible lines) only occasionally, and are wondering what types of system other plants uses in similar situations? What material labels and methods of attachments would work best in this situation?

Thank you all for your wisdom.

I would suggest caps like this

https://www.homedepo...ap-3/1000450728

Have maintenance figure out how to get a lock to work, then sanitation can

A) lock it when sanitation was complete

B) complete a clean tag that is also attached to the lock

Voila easy peasy
