Hi, IFSQN Network,

After Hazard assessment, how we can decide CCP & OPRP, while as per new requirements decision tree is no more valid in ISO 22000, So i need your guidance & your thoughts. please share some useful document in term of Templet/sample.

as per my understanding, codex decision tree is not valid to decide ccp and oprp , we can do this by categorization of control measures.

I don’t believe ISO 22000 Food safety management systems — Requirements for any organization in the food chain refers to a decision tree in either the 2005 or 2018 version.

 

TECHNICAL ISO/TS SPECIFICATION 22004 Food safety management systems — Guidance on the application of ISO 22000:2005 has a feeble attempt at a decision tree which is not the CODEX version:

I still use a Decision Tree to help me distinguish between Critical Control Points and Operational Prerequisite Programmes. See my posts in this topic that makes some points relating to your question: A CCP that always fails
