Can anyone give me a hint where to find information about the process of condensed milk.

There is a full diagram in the "Dairy Processing Handbook" by Tetra Pak.

Gives a full run-down of different options of equipment. Diagram toward end of the book.  A dairy must have handbook.

It's been my bible for a long time, very expensive hard copy, no internet copies when I first started my dairy career so long ago.

 

Lots may have changed in the world of manufacturing but the principles for dairy processing are fairly consistent.
