The RASFF information is reliable?. Seeing the RASFF notification 2021.5513 may make you doubt: presence of chlorpyrifos residues in wheat flour from the United Arab Emirates. Wheat in the United Arab Emirates? Do they grow wheat at 40 degrees Celsius in the shade?

See this  https://webgate.ec.e...fication/508155

And this https://grain.org/es...ta-la-logistica

Most likely, this is wheat imported or grown by the UAE in another country, milled in the UAE and the flour sold to the EU.

For RASFF to be useful, traceability must be accurate and indicate the country of cultivation of the wheat which is the point in the food chain where the Chlorpyrifos contamination has occurred.
