What are to be considered for customer needs and expectations documenting.

 

If we consider only product, package and label is OK.

Or anyother inputs are welcome

Try considering customer requirements based on the ISO9001:2008 and ISO22000:2005 requirements as well, Sir. It could be a good input.

This can be quite a broad range:

 

delivery related things such as order lead time, format of delivery

certification requirements

documentation requirements, statements, COA etc

minimum shelf life on delivery

 

I'm sure there are quite a few more.
