Try considering customer requirements based on the ISO9001:2008 and ISO22000:2005 requirements as well, Sir. It could be a good input.

This can be quite a broad range:
delivery related things such as order lead time, format of delivery
certification requirements
documentation requirements, statements, COA etc
minimum shelf life on delivery
I'm sure there are quite a few more.
