Food Safety Essentials is a free monthly webinar where members can participate in an interactive question-and-answer session on food safety management. Each session includes a concise presentation on a specific food safety topic, followed by an open Q&A discussion.

This month we have a short presentation on 'Internal Auditing’, an area where we see regular non-conformances during certification audits. We will discuss the fundamental requirements that should be included in an Internal Audit program to help ensure that food safety management system issues are identified and resolved. After the presentation we will have a general food safety Q&A session.
