Does anyone know or have heard ASQ's CHA (Certified HACCP Auditor)? Where can it be used? Any acceptance by the community?
Thx

Interesting question. Most of the organizations I have dealt with required that HACCP training be conducted by an organization recognized by the HACCP International Alliance. I noticed however that ASQ is not on their approved list, but then NOAA one of the go to places for Seafood HACCP isn't on their list either. ASQ certifications generally are very well received. So I don't know the answer but am looking forward to hearing what others have to say........

Returning back to this topic...I self-studied and passed the exam. It was hard. I had advanced HACCP training before but I learned a lot more stuff when preparing for CHA. I do plan for SQF Lead Auditor training in the summer. Currently working on QMS development for SQF and this process seems helping me a lot.
