I do not have specific experience on the CSR Foodlab analyser, but based on past experiences, you would be wise to trial equipment first to assess if it is precise and accurate when compared to a reference method, and suits your exact needs compared to traditional methods.. These systems are quick and easy to use, so are great for factory floor checks, provided that the methods are validated and verified regularly. Good Luck.
