I'm a UF alumni with a degree in Food science and Human nutrition.
I've got experience in juice manufacturing and formulation and just started working in fresh-cut produce.
I've had a hand in food safety documentation review and verification, as well as QA experience in the juice industry.
I just left a job where I had many mentors for this field, but my new job doesn't have very many people to look to for guidance.
I'm excited to learn more about the industry and I'm so glad to have found this forum.
