My name is Maxwell!
I graduated with a bachelor's in microbiology, with a focus is food micro, a few years ago and have been working in quality and food safety for the past 2.5 years in an SQF level 2 facility. My boss recently left the company I work for, which has left me fully in charge of the food safety program here, so I decided it was finally time to make an account here so I could actually ask questions instead of just reading what other people have said.
I look forward to learning from you all and hope I may be able to offer some of my own insight/knowledge in some of the forums as well!
